Schezwan Fried Rice and Chilli Paneer Recipe

Shezwuan fried rice with chili paneer is going to the plate for lunch or dinner when you really want to eat something different but luxurious & spicy. Chinese food has always been a mood up lifter and rice with a paneer giving this healthy touch dish with all proteins & carbohydrates you get for intake. Try it at home and you will definitely like it.

Schezwan and Chilli Paneer Fried Rice Materials

  • 4 cups of rice
  • 3 onions.
  • 1 carrot.
  • 3 green chili
  • processed oil as needed
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons of tomato tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic pasta
  • 100 GM Paneer
  • 2 capsicum (green pepper)
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • Salt as needed
  • 4 teaspoons of red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • Black pepper as needed

How to make Schezwan and Chilli Paneer fried rice

  • Step 1 Cook Rice

Wash rice 2-3 times correctly and let it cook until it’s almost cooked. Remove from the stove and rinse it with cold tap water immediately. Filter rice & add a little olive oil and mix well.

  • Step 2 Preparing Schezwan Rice

Take chopped ginger, garlic and green chili and add it to oil. Add one medium-sized minced onion in oil and saute until pink. Add one small carrot and medium-sized capsicum (chopped) in oil and stir for 2 minutes.

  • Step 3 Add rice and mix well

Add soy sauce, chili sauce 5-6 tbsp, tomato sauce 2-3 tbsp and stir well. Add rice to this mix & add masala rice schezwan to rice and mix well. Add enough salt and red chili powder tsp. Stir both & serve heat.

  • Step 4 Create Dough for Paneer

Cut capsicum, onions and paneer according to your size. Chopped ginger, garlic and fine green chili. Take a paneer in a bowl and add two spoons of flour, TSP, TSP pepper, Soya TSP sauce, TSP red chili powder. Add water and mix with a paneer to form a thick mixture.

  • Step 5 Saute Vegetables

Paneer cube coat in the mixture and fry it in hot oil. Take a flat pan, add oil and saute ginger, garlic and green chili for min. Add bawles and capsicum in it with soy sauce tdt and saute with high flame. Add four sauce chili tbs, two tomato sauce tbs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well with vegetables and add four cups of water.

  • Step 6 makes the last touch for the sauce and serve

Let the water boil while adding tbsp corn flour powder in a small cup with one water tbsp and makes a thick mixture. Add a mixture to sauce and simmer on low flame for 3-5 minutes. Add fried paneer cubes and give heat with rice.
