HOW TO CARE SOMEONE WHO HAVE EARLY SYMPTOMS

If a person is caring for someone who have early symptoms of coronavirus infection, they should ensure they follow to good protection themselves and the care receiver.

These can also  include:

  • helping the care receiver follow suggestion from a doctor
  • keeping them always hydrated
  • helping with groceries, prescriptions, and other basic requirements
  • caring for pets
  • providing the care receiver with medications when appropriate
  • always watch their symptoms and looking for signs that they may required medical help
  • mush wash cloth face masks after use
  • watch their own health for coronavirus symptoms
  • daily  cleaning and disinfecting surfaces
  • using always separate bedroom and bathroom from the care receiver
  • make sure  good air ventilation to reduce chances of getting the virus

The person giving care should make sure they are in limit contact, as much as possible, with the individual which they are caring for.

The carer should wear must face mask when near the sick person, and gloves if they come into near contact with their blood, stool, or bodily fluids.

the care receiver is trouble breathing easily, they should also always wear a face mask when the carer is nearby sick person.

Good habit of Frequently washing hands thoroughly for 20 seconds with soap and water is critical for the carer.
